Refund Policy

1. How Our Monthly Plans Work

We want you to feel completely comfortable before committing. That's why your first lesson is free — so you can meet your tutor, experience our teaching style, and decide with confidence. Here's how paying works after that:

• Lessons are offered as monthly plans. You pay for one month at a time, at the start of the month — there is no long contract and no automatic charge.
• You can choose not to continue into the following month. Simply let us know before your next monthly plan begins. Lessons included in the current monthly plan remain available during that monthly period and do not automatically carry over into a later month.
• Once a monthly plan has begun, that month's payment is generally non-refundable. If Souhba is unable to provide lessons you have paid for, any applicable refund or remedy will be handled according to our policy and applicable law.
• Prefer to change plan? Just let us know before your next month. See our pricing page for the current plans.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We respect our tutors' time and schedules. Therefore:

• If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please give us at least 24 hours' notice before the start time, and we'll move it at no cost.
• A lesson cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice counts as taken, so your tutor's reserved time is respected.
• If your tutor ever has to cancel, that lesson is always rescheduled at no cost to you.

3. No Lesson Recording

To protect the privacy of both our students and our tutors, lesson recording is strictly prohibited. No lesson recording is permitted under any circumstances. Any attempt to record sessions will result in immediate account termination.

4. Communication Policy

We will not send SMS to your phone numbers for marketing or scheduling. Official communication, updates, and scheduling will take place through our official WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email channels to ensure your privacy and convenience.
